Why does the judge get to dictate what happens to her when the police already said that she was able to go home.
You don’t seriously mean that, do you? Why does the judge get to decide on her sentence? He’s the judge. Law enforcement doesn’t set sentences, they merely carry them out. The sheriff released her contrary to her sentence and the judge’s wishes. I’d not only lock her back up, but throw a contempt of court charge at the sheriff.
