"it’s wrong to have sprung her and then send her back" Perhaps, but that blame lies with her lawyers. They knew they were skirting the law. They must have anticipated this would happen and, if the sheriff's department didn't think they needed the judge's permission they wouldn't have asked him to sign off on it. Clearly, these guys must have known there was a potential for this happening and they allowed it to happen, despite the alleged fragile state of their client. If they had followed proper channels, she wouldn't have had her heart broken. Incidentally, I'm getting a little tired of everyone talking about her like she's a child with no control over what happens in her life. At her age, I was taking care of a home, a husband, 2 kids, a third on the way and baby-sitting 2 others. At some point, this gal has to take control of her life.
