She should do her 23 days as was scheduled. Yes I know her original sentence was for 45 days but it was reduced to 23 for various reasons. Why is she being punished for the actions of the sheriff?

OK. She was sentenced to 45 days. The assumption was that the sentence would be reduce to 23 days for good behavior (as it would be for anyone). She is to go back to the *same* situation she was in yesterday.
