A "screaming" Paris Hilton has been dragged off to serve her full 45 days in jail. Reportedly screamed and called to her mother as she was taken away. More.
The interesting things is Baca said in his presser that Hilton was not taking one of her meds. I wonder why she chose to forgo her that particular medication.
actually that brings up an interesting question.
Is the county lock up equipted to deal with drug detox?
Seriously, if she is a party user and already in a weak physical state, a cold turkey shock to her system could possibly kill her and prove a huge liability to the jailers.

“a nervous breakdown” does not even get close.

From what I know (2nd hand knowledge from a psych tech), being in a jail’s mental ward is much worse than being in jail.

Probably, But he was funny today. Reminded me of when I was a kid and we’d stay up too late and get “punchy”. I think Geraldo is the real drama queen.
I wonder if Paris Hilton is borderline mentally retarded. She does come across as having a very low IQ. Somebody reported that she had to drop out of high school. I don’t know if this is true.
FWIW, we don’t know she’s in a psych ward. She could be in a hospital-type setting. In any case, I wonder if all inmates with mental health issues, if that’s even the case here, get similar treatment to what Hilton’s getting.
UH no I don’t think so. That Baca is saying she has severe medical problems he didn’t know about is a joke. She wasn’t taking her medication, and the reporters asked him why not? Well we didn’t know cause she didn’t tell us, she has low communication skills?! HUH?! She talks on her cellphone almost 24 hours a day. LOW COMMUNICATION SKILLS?!!
I wouldn’t be surprised. Her vocabulary seems quite limited. In fact, has anyone ever heard her say anything other than, “That’s hot”? (Granted,I haven’t seen her “home movies.”)

so the judge droped the contempt and confirmed her sentence was always 45 days with appropriate credit for time served and good behaior time.
IOW nothing changed she just had a 24hour furlough.
Who appointed Baca? Or was he elected? In any case, God help LA County. And I mean that reverently.
I really think the Hilton family promised this guy something if only he would spring they’re ‘’little girl’’. Am I PARANOID?
Ya mean she's a "privileged"? She probably hasn't heard "no" often.
This may expose to the public more about this girl than she ever wanted people to know.
