It’s part of their “Culture”. I’m not kidding either. That was the reason given by the State Police not to hassle them at Rest Stops on MA highways.

Here in Alabama,the Game and Fish division had a sting on a federal wildlife refuge.One woman,and I think 24 men.Most were homosexual.Some exposed themselves to officers or fondled them.A prominent lawyer,some teachers,and a pastor were arrested.This was in a swamp,btw.
