I don’t know why but I thought it was Lake Tahoe. Anyway, the object is obviously terrestrial and should be “outed” for what it really is. If it is as frequent as Chad says it is then to put the neighbors minds at ease (no pun intended if it turns out to be for mind control of the local population) ;o)
