Whether or not there is life on other planets (I tend to go with not given the lack of success SETI has had), they most certainly don’t possess warp drive.
My guess is this object is a highly evolved ceiling fan.

SETI is a joke. A disinformation joke. Check out Stanton Friedman’s website for an excellent article shredding SETI.
I think it’s good to avoid assuming things based on SETI whether about warp drives or a host of other such things.
