The New Iraqi Dinar would be revaled, but not the old Saddam Dinar I'm afraid. Actually, if the bills are from the 70s, they are likley pre-Saddam and may have some collector value.
I have LOTS of Saddam bucks. And $1.2 mil in current dinar...just in case.
