    I suppose there is some truth in this. I still don’t think it would kill them to make a laptop that fit somewhere between a 1300 dollar MacBook and the 2000 dollar MacBook Pro. To me that is the area where they actually don’t have enough choice.Well, since you said that I'll add that I don't think it would kill them to make a tower for less than $2499!

    Do you own an iPod?
I keep ZERO music files on my computer; that’s what the Pod is for. I set iTunes for “manual updating” and manage the iPod just as you say: “drag and drop.” I’ve never lost anything.

    Oh, well I enabled manual update AFTER putting songs into the iPod and then deleting the files in the computer. I figured what stays in the iPod will continue to do so, after. I was wrong.
