from your Cayman newspaper link...two more observations....

“And, moreover, that — to the extent such issues have to be litigated at all – a US court would be a more appropriate forum given the citizenship and permanent residency of all of the parties now involved. And, trust me, that would be that!”

Hopefully then, they won’t renig on Daniel’s inquest. They didn’t want to hold one in the first place and with the rest of this potentially being handled in the states, I wonder if they would just say forget it.

Also, considering again, the Louisville reporter wanting to squelch all the rumors of HKS being here with LB...the Cayman article doesn’t even speculate that he’s in Louisville. Hummm, but neither does it say that the Bahamas is stuck with HKS for a few more days either and it seems they would be in a postion to know if he had stayed or gone. I guess what I’m getting at is my feeling that the Louisville reporter bent over backwards to make her point to clarify, when no one else seems to care at all, but us ;)

HKS MAY have been hiding out on the plane or just have gotten off in FLA. I do not think he is still in the Bahamas. He knows he can’t be extradited and if he is in FLA then “someone” can bring the Cracker out of the Bahamas for an “outing”, pick him up and he head out to Dubai. That way if/when they check boats leaving the Bahamas, he wouldn’t have been on the boat.
