Personally, I have no longer have any use for Virgie, and according to Showbiz tonight she is planning to fight Larry here in the States for custody. She is after the money, you won't admit it so no sense even discussing it.
If it means she has to have custody of the baby in order to sue HKS for anything, then let it drop, because I see how her parenting skills turned out, I dont' want her to have anything to do with that precious baby.
She had a chance to see Daniel back when ANS was filming the TV show and was going to be paid $20K to appear on the show and see him and held out for more money and it fell through-- thus never saw her grandson -- she wanted more money to see her own grandson!!!!
Larry said he will return in June for the trial..there would be no trial except for Virgie. There is already talk she is going to sue here in the USA for custody (according to the Jayne Velez Mitchell and Ashley Banfield)....
Why do you think Larry burst into tears when he was finally home? and has lost a lot of weight? He could have had her home weeks ago .... from the day the DNA revealed who's the daddy this hasn't been about HKS, it's been about Virgie and her wants. She didn't want the baby removed from the Islands....

Well, once again you did NOT answer my questions! Hmmm..deflect, deflect, deflect...who does that sound like?
Not only was I (and hopefully ‘all of you’ that you referred to) worried about Dannielynn while in the Bahamas, but I am STILL worried about her!!
Frankly, I think you’ve gotten me confused with someone else, because I have never been a VIRGIE cheerleader, however, your perception of her is based on nothing but biased TV shows and speculation. I never thought Vergie should get custody of DL, but I have no problem with Vergie being a Co-(whatever) as far as the Trust is concerned, because the TRUST for Dannielynn should be a legal document with checks and balances that PREVENTS ANYONE from withdrawing money from that TRUST without permission. That is better accomplished if you have more than one person overseeing the Trust. I happen to know a little bit about this because my mother-in-law basically stole about 3 million dollars from my husband and his sisters by USING her power as Executor of their Trusts! If there had been a co-executor, that most likely would not have happened bc she would have had to get the co-executor’s permission for any transaction. So, you see, having co-executors on a trust is a good thing for all parties, bc if either party is trying to steal from the trust, the other party can stop it! This would apply to VIRGIE as well. If she were a co-executor of DL’s trust and Larry were the other co-executor, she would not be allowed to TOUCH DL’s money UNLESS Larry agreed to the transaction! What is so hard to understand about that??????????? Of course, if things continue to go the way they have been going, Dannielynn will have co-executors to her trust, Larry and HKS. Unfortunately, in that case, her trust will have a negative balance when she turns 18 or 21, but no worries, but Uncle Howie will have been pimping her out for years by then! And I guess you will still be thinking ‘Thank God Virgie never got to spend anytime with Dannielynn’!

For example, PLEASE PROVIDE the other posters here with FACTUAL PROOF that Virgie turned down $20,000 and ASKED FOR MORE for an ‘on-air’ opportunity to reunite with Daniel! Don’t provide the proof for me, do it for everyone else here because if that is true, they deserve to know that truth.
Also, I have some advice for you, and after reading the following statement from you, it’s obvious you are a person in DIRE NEED of advice. Um, I hate to have to be the one who told you this, but not EVERYTHING you hear on TV is TRUE!! GASP!! I’m sorry, I know it is a shock, but you’ll learn to accept it like the rest of us do, so just take it one show at a one time, and ‘go easy’ on the “Jayne Velez Mitchell and Ashley Banfield”.

Are you a PSYCHIC? If HKS is not in Kentucky and finally out of the picture, HOW do you know that Larry’s tears weren’t RELIEF at finally having his daughter out of the reach of a PSYCHO??? But, you’re probably right, the thought of Virgie giving cuddling Dannielynn and ‘giving her neck sugars’ is even more terrifying than having DL alone in a house with the person who COULD have killed her mother and brother.” Makes a lot of sense, huh? And, he COULD HAVE HAD HER HOME WEEKS AGO????????? WHAT about that transition period that both he and HKS spoke of???? You mean that was a lie started by VIRGIE? There was never supposed to a transition period!! Damn, I got taken in by those TV shows myself on that one!! Just a note ... that $20K thing for VA and Daniel to reunite was not really any kind of offer. And it wasn’t in relation to ANS’s reality show.
It was something Donna Hogan cooked up to promote her book and it was to be on some other show, like Montel or one of those - I don’t know the names or hosts of them to pick one.
It would’ve been like the Dr Phil thing or Keith Ablow thing - kind of an ambush.
