I suspect he was emotional..... he would have to be, that was the least vestige of ANS and if he loved her he loved that baby...maybe he didn’t want the cameras to catch him crying????? who knows, just a theory.... any sign of the dogs? Next is his eviction from the house.

AC, I don’t know if anyone will/can ever answer the question about the dogs. They are the next (to DL) most helpless beings in this sorry tale. Some assurance they were being cared for and loved would be a relief.

You know, it’s possible (haha) that Howard knew we would pick apart his every expression if we could see his face. That could be why he kept turned away. I’m sure that he was devastated. Well, I think he was, anyway.

Was he holding Dannielynn with her back to his chest? It sort of looked like it, but the whole deal was so strange with him walking backwards that my eyes kept jumping around, couldn’t decide what focus on! Fearing a misstep.

Good luck finding out about the dogs .. I’ve seen quite a few posts asking about them, but never a real answer, just guesses. We can hope that they have new homes.
