O.J. would have been filthy rich if this were that easy. I can't begin to count the number of people who "speculated" that he was guilty and continue to do so.

The threat would have resounded more if Wood left out bloggers. After reading that one, I had to laugh. How many people log on from work computers these days or use proxies and dynamic IP's? Does this lawyer have any clue what it would take to even PROVE a particular individual used the "M" word? Circumstantial evidence is just that, circumstantial. Good luck with that.

Of equal proportions, Virgie should get on the libel bandwagon as well. Lord knows how damaging the publically made Stern-camp comments and that "Mommy Dearest" video was to her. I'd say she has more then equal grounds if Lin Wood does. She was utterly destroyed publically from the very beginning courtesy of ET, Stern and Stern supporters who CONTINUE to slander her everyday.
