I don’t believe she is asking to share custody, only visitation and perhaps a guardianship role should anything happen to Larry. I think it was clarified earlier on the thread that she wants visitation with DL, a custodial role with the estate, and guardianship of DL should anything happen to LB.
Can anyone else clarify or confirm?
Showbiz Tonight said (last night) they have been inundated with email since Friday's hearing running 10 - 1 people angry at Virgie. Even the people on ST who had supported her in the past are saying she has blown her good will with her foot dragging and people are no longer as angry as they were at HKS because he didn't continue to contest issues and, instead, stepped up to help transition the baby over to LB's custody.
