I think we could all make ourselves sick thinking about that. I have spent soo much time keeping up with this thread, that going to that other one becomes a negative drain. Frankly, I think it’s too hard to keep a political movement together. Anytime I’ve been involved with a large organization, the politics turn me off.
So you keep your spirits up by focusing on one psychopath, one Hollywood hippy, and one mean mom. Virgie is the JR of the case...unwilling to compromise even if it means incurring the wrath of the whole world. I don’t mean JR Ewing! At least, that’s how I see her until the gag order is lifted and we hear the rest of the story.

Oh, thank you! Nah, it’s OK. I got my checks put in the bank tonight, so that’s finally taken care of, 3 weeks later than it should have been.
It’s the insults I have to put up with just to get something done that’s so small and simple, in the grand scheme of things, but by far the most important thing on my agenda - it’s hard to take.
Sure appreciate the thought! I’ve missed doing FR prayers since I began focusing on this ANS thread. I literally never go anywhere else - just refresh this page and once in a while remember to check my FReepmail (hard to do when it doesn’t ping us while we’re on one page).
A couple of FReepers have been kind enough help me out with an ANS thing and some help with the hand rash, which flared badly during tax time and hasn’t ever gone back to being in the background. Tonight was very bad breathing - almost nil - because of the situation with the “ride”.
I had waited for 4 days, without being online because I have just one phone line and my ‘Net is dial-up - but also without using the phone, leaving, cooking, anything at all that would be interrupted IF this person called me, at her leisure, each day what she said she would.
It wore my nerves down to the rawest last one. I was in despair all day today, trying to imagine biting the bullet for the $30+ taxi fare. That’s a whole week’s food budget. Out of the clear blue sky, she called at 8PM and took me to the bank, after she did her other chores.
I had a full blown panic attack because it was totally unexpected - it always is. Couldn’t even walk out to the car. But I did, and it’s over with and the money’s in the bank. Sorry, my self-pity is partying overtime!
