I think Virgie’s attorney O’Quinn is ruthless and money-hungry. She has apparently done everything on his advice and has looked unfavorable to me since she tried to “cancel” Anna’s burial while people waited in church. Now this. Not good for public relations.
From what I read, O’Quinn doesn’t like to lose, but in this case, he’s making Virgie look like Anna’s negative descriptions of her. The truth is, though, she could have fired him a long time ago. It seems that she doesn’t like to lose, either.
