HK's comment today was just as strange; Tony Potts reporting that, talking to HK, he asked him if he was going to write a card, or a little note, something for DL to keep, to remind her of him in her life. Potts said, that HK said that he wasnt going to do that, that he didn't expect that he would be out of her life.
Back during Seidlin's court, LB had remarked, sometime around the 'secret meeting', that HK had sent him a 'text message' (quoting) and that the msg said, 'do yu want to raise the baby together'. I'm not sure why LB felt compelled to relay that to us, while assuring us there was 'no deals'. even back then.
LB: I am a California resident - if I get the daughter that I know if mine - will she have to travel a long way to see her mother? ...serious matter of exhuming body of Daniel...California...was her home...that's where I would prefer her to be...since her son passed away I know he didn't want to go to the Bahamas. LB: I don't want to separate the mother from the child, but I don't want them (ANS/Daniel) in the Bahamas - so having a difficult decision....

3/2/7 - Stern has kept up the pressure on Birkhead, actually presenting him with contracts, sources say, in which Birkhead would join Stern for more exclusive interviews on "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider."
"Larry said the baby's guardian (Richard Milstein) should sign the papers for him and the baby, but (Milstein) wouldn't. So then Larry wouldn't."

Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri, speaking with Inside Edition, denied reports of an alleged deal between her client and Stern. I will not allow a child to be used as a bargaining chip, Opri said.
HAMMER: So, it sounds like, from what you`re saying, Debra Opri wants to keep this strictly within the legal system? LEVIN: Well, you can negotiate ultimately the DNA issue. She`s willing to negotiate the terms for DNA and the fast tracking of DNA, but not money. At least that`s what she`s saying now.

Larry has made a deal with the devil. I would not be surprised if the reason why Virgie is fighting tooth and claw is because Howie and Larry are in that courtroom trying to get co-guardianship. Actually if Larry comes to the US and doesn’t go back then Stern will be cut off but if he goes back there’s a chance that it could be awarded to Stern. Larry needs Opri. One think Larry has done is made an agreement with Stern and later backed out. I hope he’s planning to do this now. Another thing about the inquest...if he doesn’t come back for custody I’m sure he won’t come back for the inquest.
Does anyone know what time the appeal will be heard today? 9:30? 2:30?
