TMZ post 43 is worth the trip and read as it has been written by someone who is either closely aligned with the case (pr person? by either HKS or LB?) or a someone who has carefully followed and investigated the case.
I am leaning towards that post is a pro that is closely involved...it is well written enough it could have been a freeper but then it would have been posted here first. We should invite “Trisha” to join us as she would be a great addition :)
I’m curious about its origin, also. I found the info on a blog while Googling. It appeared to be a long-standing blog and I had to approach in a backdoor manner to access that particular post. The first attempt brought up a 404 error page. I don’t have a link.
I think we can safely say the writing did not come from within Virgie’s family.
I would personally find it hard to believe, that LB, would be supportive of articles such as this, designed to remove, or obliterate, DL's maternal bloodlines, although I'm sure they give HK a wet dream moment. It was, after all, LB who actively sought out Anna, by jumping on that tour bus and subsequently moving to Studio City, not the other way around. LB had more than ample time, to determine if Anna's family was a family he wished to be forever associated with through the blood-lines of a produced child. The seeding of the 'article' with keywords specifically designed to spread it quickly around the internet, smacks of deliberate, vindicative, and quite frankly, sinister, propaganda that, while it may cause Mrs. Arthur some temporary discomfort, and gasps from the (not really) 'court of public opinion' who are looking for reasons to justify their vilification of Mrs. Arthur, it will have the ultimate effect of being of the most damage not to Mrs. Arthur, but to DL herself.
I would like to think, LB would neither participate, or approve, of it and I am quite surprised that to date, he hasn't made a public appeal to knock this type of garbage off, as harmful to his child, with the same enthusiasm he goes after those who tell tales against him. I am hopeful we will hear from him soon on this subject and garbage like the blog 'article' (lol), can be viewed for exactly what it is. We can be certain HK will make no comment. Other than acknowledging the not so clever smearing, non-facts and strawmen which are blaringly obvious to the rational reader, and the questionable intent behind the intentional peppering this 'article' through many internet sites under different posting names, (so that even a simple search for 'Virgie Arthur birthday' brings it up as the, First, search result) my Personal Reaction to this strikingly vitriolic and wholly unprofessional 'article', was exactly the reaction of Irosaj, on the E. board - To wit, "Zzzzzzzzzzzz......."
There are subtle differences in each 'article' which is full of half,mis, and unsubstantiated claims and allegations. In either case, it's a rather unconvincing argument meant to entice an uninformed reader to reach misleading conclusions. No mention is made of the Thompsons, Sanders, or the Tabers or even the Arthurs, only the Harts and Hogans, and, strangely enough, Tacker.
While the author claims to not want to "publicly admonish" Virgie, 19 of 20 paragraphs, are exactly that, twisting the family histories of families that Virgie said goodbye to decades ago, as somehow indicative of how Virgie has been since. Tacker, Sr. may have been a felon, but his son, Jr. works for the FBI. Neither Thacker, Jr. or Anna herself, have a history of physically abusing their own children, and we have no record of Virgie being abused by her parents either. Nothing factual is provided to show us any clear pattern of 'long-term cycles' or of generation-to-generation abuse patterns within the Taber family that the author would like to convince us of.
A good example would be the mention of Tackers' arrest (when Anna was a 15) and Hogan's arrest (when Anna was a Playmate). Also the deliberate use of 'retard' when any psychologist would absolutely use the correct medical term of 'severely developmentally disabled'. (I would digress were I to wonder why a defense attorney would even let, a SDD, plead 'guilty.')
One would almost think it's Donna Hogan speaking to us, since it's the Hogans and Harts, (and the unrelated-to-Anna, Tacker)that are used as elusive examples of 'no telling what lap DL would end up in'. The irrational transfer of the foobar'd Hogan/Tacker/Hart behaviors to being relative to Virgie smacks of someone with their own family and 'grandparent' issues. I found it significant the last word in a rather rambling mis-directed tirade, was 'abuse'.
