One person who had nothing to say upon leaving the courtroom was Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur who has been battling it out with Birkhead in court over the child. Sources say she has pulled out all the stops trying to block Birkhead's Bahamas departure with his daughter.
It isn't possible to have it both ways... you cannot trash LB for being around HKS because the baby is there and it is there because of the quote above... This is Larry's child and Larry deserves full and sole custoday...
Don't let hatred for HKS get in front of the real story here. I don't "hate" Virgie, but I do hate that she is causing all this dessension because she wants custody-- ergo the Custody Hearing in June. Where is she getting the money to battle with Larry for the baby? Someone is planning to collect a fee from this.
Once again..who are these sources?? LOL.. Also it’s pretty clear that Larry could not take the child until today. People have been bashing Virgie for the last few weeks blaming her for Dannielynn still being with Howard. That’s not true and not fair. I agree though that she should not be trying to keep him from leaving but it appears that he can’t be compelled to come back to the Bahamas and this is her last chance to get something in writing. As for the HKS hatred it’s not blinding me to anything. I don’t trust him and I would definitely be trying to use the law to my advantage to keep him out of my grandchild’s life. Only one side is getting out and I’m sure we keep hearing about Virgie’s demands but do we actually think that Howie is not making any demands of his own.
Also another thing I have never understood. Why are they only meeting once a week for a few hours in court? That seems pretty ridiculous to me. This should have all been sorted out one way or the other within a week or two.
On this site I think people are disappointed in Virgie but on those other immature sites people flat out hate and despise her. It’s like all the animosity felt towardsd HKS has been directed towards Virgie. Also and I know this is semantics but she’s not really fighting for custody.
