I think it’s obvious who is feeding the media and I’m surprised that so many people are falling for it. Geesh..Larry doesn’t even have custody as of yet and Virgie is being blamed for that. I don’t think so...the court can easily give custody and give guardianship later. This is all part of the transition period and there’s no way in heck Larry could have taken Dannielynn out of that house before now. All this speculation is sad when it’s supposed to be a gag order and it seems that HKS and Larry are the ones that will run to the press at the drop of a hat. Let’s be honest...Larry has Accesshollywood and HKS has ET. Virgie’s side is not getting out because she doesn’t need the bright lights.

According to the above article, Larry allegedly stated that just prior to his death Daniel started living in the fast lane. So many conflicting reports. I could have sworn I read somewhere that Larry had not had contact with Daniel shortly before his death and I saw on TV - forgot what show - some of Daniel's acquaintances state just the reverse.

The media has been getting extremely sloppy and even fabricating things not only in this case but also in others. The word "estranged" attached to Virgie has become like a mantra that certain reporters chant. Same with Dannielynn's allegedly inheriting the Marshall fortune - no, she doesn't have it and the odds are against her ever getting a penny of it - the odds are better that ET will be sued.
