No, no - I don’t think Barth is doing that. I think it’s something that got put on the docket during the burial stuff, for some reason, but I don’t know why it hasn’t been dismissed.
All I can see in public views is “miscellaenous probate” and Vickie Lynn Marshall as the deceased.
