So you're saying if Virgie would drop the custody court hearing insistance, that LB could take Dannielynn and leave the Bahamas? Immediately? Have you heard that a court has so ruled yet? Jrabbit was asking that and I am too. I'd like to know.

As often as Stern says if it were up to him, this custody battle would be over - I don't think he has said - if this custody battle were over Larry could take Dannielynn to the United States immediately. Stern has a vested interest in keeping the baby there also - to keep from being kicked out of Horizons.

Virgie is insisting her demands be heard before Larry is allowed to leave. It “appears” he will find out Wednesday if the judge will let him leave WITH Dannilynn after this coming Wednesday, but Virgie stated she doesn’t want that to be allowed... (she is afraid he won’t return for the trial).
