The next day he called and asked when they would be there to discuss the plans with him, they said they had been there the day before and this lovely woman had shown the, all around the downstairs and the upstairs.
She said there was this long silence and he asked her to describe the woman, which she did... he said no woman like that works here and no one is allowed upstairs, that is roped off to all visitors; I think you were met by the resident ghost....
Needless to say my friend was totally freaked out... you'd have to hear her tell the story to really appreciate it.
Yes, that is quite the place.
That is a great story !! Would love to hear her tell it, I can just imagine how freaked out she was. And I thought that you were the lucky one :) I was amazed to find out how many very large events they have held there. Even more surprising was how many men were brave enough to get married there..LOL
Wow...what a great place to visit...I took a cruise and my sister planned an excursion in Jamaica to, IIRC, some banana farm/plantation or maybe it was climbing the falls (my memory is very poor). Would visiting Rosehall have been an option, you think?
Oooooooh, the hair just stood up on the back of my head!
