Well that ‘stinks’ bc I believe that is EXACTLY what HKS is relying on, at this point!! Just think, if his ‘buddy’ Ron Rales can get the Will (and I bet Ron Rales has located a COMPLETE copy of the Will from Anna’s CA home, by now)probated in CA, with Rales as Executor, and HKS as GUARDIAN, then they will be ‘sitting pretty’ when it comes to ‘carrying out Anna’s wishes’ in the Bahamas!! I don’t care who says that HKS is not that smart....he was SMART ENOUGH to get himself named as EXECUTOR and GUARDIAN in Anna’s Will...and he was SMART ENOUGH to get his ‘best buddy’ named as second EXECUTOR in the same will. Even giving up the Executor position, he still retaines the “Guardian” role, and his BEST BUDDY Ron is the Executor...lucky break for HKS, huh???

You are right about the 6 month trial in Texas and that the will was upheld...however, it was the Federal Court that forced Pierce and Co. to produce millions of pages of documents including some that would be considered attorney client privelege that PROVED that they had done EXACTLY what they had been accused of!
It doesn’t matter what Pierce’s witnesses said in Texas...forensic experts and their own documents proved that Pierce and Company were thieves and liars and should have gone to jail for their actions.
