**Since Cipro is not a typical antibiotic of choice

i agree, it was, however, for Stern, who was apparently suffering from the flu himself (so says Steines, so says Dr. perper)

...was the Cipro level high in Anna’s autopsy results?..I’d have to double-check there..how much was it? 1 day’s worth? 2 day’s worth? 3 days’s worth? did Stern take the cipro also? did they ‘share’ the prescription?

did Seidlin ask Stern what prescriptions Stern got in his name? or did he just ask Stern what prescriptions Anna had? I forget...too bad Seidlin didn’t get Eroshevich on that stand...

In my searchable brief of the autopsy it just says “non-contributory” and doesn’t give an amount found in her system. The bigger report might have it but will take me a while to find it. Sorry.

Well, exactly, the Cipro was quite possibly NOT an appropriate antibiotic for the febrile disorder that was being treated - who knows, no CBC’s or throat cultures were done. And who knows exactly what dose ANS or Stern took each day and whether or not that claim was borne out by the number of pills remaining in the bottle.

Whether the Cipro was Rx’d for Stern and shared by ANS or not, the point is that no physician is on record as having done a CBC or having examined her to consider whether or not her fever was from a cellulitis type infection from her abcess and whether or not the Cipro, Rx’d for Stern and given to her in whoknowswhat doses each day, was sufficient to cover the presumptive organisms whether for a either a URI or for a septicemia from skin type organisms.
