That all leads me to believe the law degree is just something helpful to the forensics part of the job path for government positions in public post-mortem pathology. I can't find any evidence that he has ever practiced law in the states where he has worked.

He is not a member of the FL Bar, either.

Excellent work as always, Rte66! I had a feeling he wasn't a practicing attorney. He seems to always make note of that and his other "titles" during several interviews.
