Not natural..Looks like she's had some collagen or even an implant in her upper lip. The bottom lip looks slightly plumper too. This before pic is black and white but even taking that into account her lips look smaller. The other freeper if he/she knew her when she was younger may be mistaken because even in the before pic she has large lips.

Her mouth was much prettier before.... I haven’t seen many upper lips plumped that look good — unless the person doesn’t have much lip at all..

Just getting my 2 cents in....those lips are not natural...sorry. She had to have had something done. The results are not attractive. When have you ever seen a Caucasian with those sized lips? I think the FReeper with those “natural” comments was Lisa herself! ;) Hi Lisa!
