“””She doesn’t need any custody of Dannielynn for that”””

Because of the gag order, I do not know for certain whether Virgie is even asking for custody, visitation rights or guardianship. She may only be asking for permission to visit DL in Kentucky, or a guarantee that Larry not permit HK$ to continue as executor/guardian of Anna’s & DL’s estate matters.

If her requests were totally out of order, the Bahamian court would have settled the matter(s). So we can assume she has standing in the Bahamian system.

I continue to believe that Virgie wants HK$ out of her life and the lives of her family - that would be Dannielyn - I think she is still DL’s grandmother.

From what I have discerned in all my reading...

LB first filed in the Bahamas soon after Dannielynn was born, so he already had a case in the courts there before ANS died.

ANS died and Virgie filed to stop her from being removed from the islands and filed for custody.

Now Larry has been determined father, Virgie didn't agree to drop her petition last Friday and the judge postponed any decision-making telling them to try and work this out without a trial.

Appears they met and didn't agree so will have to return to court on Friday and there will likely be a trial unless someone blinks along the way.

Debra Rose stated, outside court, that Virgie wants joint custody of Dannielynn.

Larry Birkhead stated outside of the court that he will not share custody and maybe HIS parents need to file as well if this is the case.
