Hmmm..how can he legally do this if he hasn’t been awarded custody or guardianship?? Something must have gone down in that closed hearing. I just don’t see how he can change the name if he hasn’t received custody and if he has then why aren’t they talking about it? I guess it’s the gag order.
he is the bio-father - his names goes on the BC now that it has been determined. Custody and guardianship would have nothing to do with his name going on the BC.

I guess in the Bahamas, paternity and custody are two totally different things.
