I would have to research to see if I can pinpoint any of the dates...but I do know this one for sure!

LB and ANS were an “item” for 19 months. A little over a year and 1/2 and they had known each other for 2 1/2 years.

LARRY BIRKHEAD TIMELINE

MAY 2003 - Meets ANS at the Kentucky Derby. No hook-up
MAY 2004 – Meets ANS AGAIN at the Kentucky Derby and says she is much thinner and friendlier.
MAY 2004 – At some point after the Derby HKS contacts LB and asks if he will be their exclusive photographer and accompany them on a summer tour on the Trimspa bus.
SEPT 2004 – LB and ANS become intimate (this is according to LB in an interview that I have bookmarked on one of several computers and will locate if needed…am positive of the date however) LB received his ticket speeding mid April 2006 and that makes the ANS/LB “relationship’ lasted a total of 19 months… a little over a year and half.

from what I understand, Anna went to Myrtle Beach with Larry sometime around April 2005 to meet some of his family who live there (vacation home??)(she had also gone to meet some Larry famiy in Kentucky previously and didn’t like how Larry treated her in the presence of his family); she apparently stayed with the Birkhead family for at least a few days. There was some sort of party at another house, they all went, and she was introduced to G.Ben Thompson. Anna was rumored to have asked around about G.Ben’s wealth, and subsequently dumped Larry like a hot potato, returned to Myrtle Beach in May ‘05 and hooked up with G. Ben (Laurie Payne affidavit). (somewhere around here, Daniel was thrown out of the house?? not sure of month)
Anna stayed with G.Ben from May,June and July, and was at the Myrtle Beach bar on 7/18/05, when a spurned Larry, showed up wearing a t-shirt that said ‘i love my girlfriend’....at the bar he apparently caused a scene because Anna was ignoring him; Anna allegedly text-messaged Stern to come ‘save her’ and at some point Anna slapped Larry and told him to bugger off, and left shortly thereafter with G.Ben, Stern and SugarPie. Stern alleged that the smear msgs posted on Anna’s website, were made by Larry. I’m not sure when the timeframe would be when he allegedly took Anna’s passport and credit cards, but shortly thereafter, Anna and G.Ben flew down to the Florida Keys, where she spent the remainder of July ‘05 (Lauri Payne affidavit). Anna later wrote about the passport/creditcard incident in her NE column.
I’m not sure who she was with August ‘05 or October ‘05; by September ‘05, Anna was back in Vegas at the Beacher’s Hardrock (photo of poledancing inside limo) and spent considerable funds for lap dances at Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club. Laurie Payne stated that Anna spent Nov/Dec ‘05 both in Myrtle Beach and the Keys with G.Ben. Anna was apparently back in Vegas for her birthday in November ‘05 with G.Ben(?) and the Shelleys collaberate that Stern, Anna and Daniel celebrated Christmas ‘05 with them in Myrtle Beach (Daniels’ ‘you aint got any either’ quip to Stern)
As for Larry’s statements, well, he’s either leaving huge holes where he doesn’t ‘look good’, or he embellishes, or he just plain forgets and leaves things out - Larry claiming he didn’t ‘see’ Anna when he went to Myrtle Beach in Jul ‘05 may have been a way to get out of explaining the alleged immaturity of stealing her credit cards/passport and the scene at the bar Jul 18 ‘05. Maybe he hung out in Myrtle Beach trying to stalk her, who knows? If he was instead, claiming he didn’t ‘see’ Anna in Jul ‘06, it could be, that Anna knew he was in town and that’s why she ended up back in the Florida Keys in Jul ‘06 at G.Ben’s home again where she apparently made her ‘I’m pregnated’ video. However, I was under the impression that during the early summer of ‘06, Larry was ‘occupied’ trying to break into acting at age 35 (rofl) and signing Opri up and inking a ‘based on paternity’ Million-dollar-deal, so not sure how the timing would fit with him being in Myrtle Beach Jul ‘06. My gut says he was referring to Jul ‘05, not ‘06.
In any case, Anna bounced back and forth between Myrtle Beach and Florida Keys between May 11 ‘06 and Jul 18 ‘06, with time out in Jun ‘06 for some ‘cosmetic work’ by Dr. Levy, in Beverly Hills. Levy sent a painkiller and ‘longevity drugs’ to her in the Bahamas on Aug 08 ‘06, so we know she arrived in the Bahamas enough prior to that date to have a mailing address, which would mean the 7/18/06 date would be correct for arrival. it would also coorelate with Daniel’s hospitalization, which Stern said was ‘the exact day’ Anna moved to the Bahamas. During that time, the Shelleys were also with her and claimed her drug use was down to ‘methadone’ and ‘zanax’; she was happy, content and enjoying life for a change (at least, while Stern wasn’t around). It was also around this time that the pictures of her and Daniel playing in the ocean were taken by Gina Shelley family.
In the Larry King interview, Larry states that he was with Anna for ‘two and a half years’, then three sentences later says, ‘one and a half years’ then says it was ‘one and a half years plus 5 months pregnancy’ (but Anna was only 3-1/2 months pregnant when she went to the detox Larry didn’t know about in April ‘06 and Larry had also missed the ‘second’ sonogram).
I simply don’t see much of ANY timeframe when Anna was ‘exclusive’ with Larry - how much time did it take for Larry to move to Los Angeles at Anna’s invitation to be her ‘exclusive’? did he have household items and a moving van, or just a ‘duffle bag’ ?? did he have to give notice at his then-current job, or was he unemployed? Don’t know yet.
In any case, Larry was living with Anna in Anna’s home between July/Aug/Sep ‘04 thru-Dec ‘04 (if you believe the Vegas magician, he says he had an affair with her that lasted 5 weeks from Newyears ‘05 thru early Feb ‘05 - so she would have had to stay on in LV if that occurred), and then Feb ‘05 thru Apr ‘05? maybe October ‘05, and then Dec 31 ‘05 thru Feb/Mar ‘06, but was out of the house by April 15 ‘06 traffic ticket. Not sure the exact date Larry got his ‘own’ apartment??
Larry stated he ‘didn’t know if’ she was “back” in detox in May ‘06 when he ‘noticed’ she wasn’t around. If you add up all the gaps in their relationship, it seems the total time they spent together was about 10 months, maybe, out of a 22 possible months (aug ‘04-Apr ‘06), with a generous sprinkling of other men in between.
I believe April 15 ‘06/April 16 ‘06, was the last time Birkhead actually saw Anna, so his claim that he was with her in May ‘06 is invalid (per Shelley’s statement), as is his claim he was with her for ‘5 months’ of pregnancy. (which is why I’m putting the detox from late March for two weeks thru the early part of April ‘06, and Stern putting Larry’s clothes/stuff out in the driveway either Feb or Mar ‘06, before the ‘second’ sonogram and before the ‘detox’.)
Larry hasn’t been clear, if the ‘barefoot and pregnant’ hotel rescue on Apr 15, 06 was before, or after, the detox. Larry said in Seidlin’s court that Stern told Anna ‘me or him’ but he had admitted on Larry King previously that he was the one who pressured Anna ‘several times’ to tell Stern, ‘me or him’. Obviously, the ‘barefoot rescue’ came after an incident of ‘me or him’ by one (or both) of the men. We do know that the Shelleys picked her up and flew her out to Myrtle Beach May 11 ‘06, which is why I’m tentatively putting the detox in late March ‘06.
