Oh, horrors, I didn’t realize that until now. Is this really true? Howard was wearing Daniel’s Nike cap and jacket. It this is true, it seem clear that HKS wanted to obfuscate the issues before hand because of what he knew he was going to do that night. Smacks of premeditation!

Not sure if there are security videos - but if HK$ had planned Daniel’s overdose..he surely would have taken care of the identification details.
And another thought about the Nike cap.
If HK$ had worn the cap, his DNA or hair may have been on it.
Daniel was buried in the cap - so it was confiscated from the hospital - and not processed as crime scene evidence. Now it’s in the grave with Daniel.
