Once sole custody is given to Larry and he writes a will providing for the care of Dannielynn upon his death (which is his right as the father), then HK$ will forevermore have NO rights to that baby whatsoever (not that he ever really did IMO). Virgie should have all the visitation rights any other grandmother enjoys unless she does something to jeopardize those rights. That should be put in some sort of agreement as well as LB's will etc.

The issue then is the money. I don't think HK$ should even be allowed to remain the executor of the estate or have any control of DL's funds. Larry should hire a non-partisan, professional to do that I think. Virgie may be disappointed that LB doesn't appear ready to take that step. Of course, LB may be biding his time (lying to HK$) until the baby is safely out of HK$'s clutches and in the USA.

And yet - we are all fearful that he has enough creepy contacts to influence and control...and apparently so does Virgie.
