I don't know, but I doubt it. I think HKS set up that expectation in the media. Then he came out and said, "hey it's not me". HKS is really good at getting everybody firing at each other. I saw his statement. It stinks to high heaven, and once again he's letting Virgie get beaten up for it.

Why do you think a grandmother would want “joint custody” with Larry and simply not a signed agreement regarding visitation? I think Larry assumed he would get full custody of the child. I feel badly for him.
