fyi HKS testified that he did NOT have signatory power on her checking accounts or POA - he said on the witness stand that he signed checks when ANS “instructed” him to and it was pretty clear he was forgering her name - anybody else remember?
THANK YOU Liz!! That is what I was trying to remember last night and wishing I had a transcript. When HKS testified to that - I thought surely someone was going to immediately follow up on that but..........crickets

Did Anna keep a computer? Yes. Did she maintain a password for her computer? Yes. Did she maintain checking accounts where you were a signatory to those accounts? No.
Judge - objection overuled.
I was an agent for services processed for her corporation....yes Stern signed her name upon her instructions to checks - Vickie Marshall - what were her other names? Barf - these things have been stolen by Mr. Ford......Stern doesn’t have control any of this. Opri says she is pointing to my table that is inflammatory.....

What were all the names ANS used: Anna Nicole Smith, Vicki Marshall, Vickie Hogan, Vickie Smith, Drs prescribed things to her in diff names - Michelle Chase, Susie Wong.....Mrs. Flintstone, Norma Jean.
In LA, Anna didn’t drive - so I picked up prescriptions for her.
Did you have a Debit card tied to ANS account? Stern - yes but she never had it activated.

What I was curious about is why Opri did not pursue that check signing............unless they are saving it for future proceedings....as in criminal.
