Sorry, but this Nazarian guy looks like he's made for the camera. Anyone who knows people in law enforcement understands that the information obtained is highly confidential and only sworn people are even allowed to touch the CJIS computers for sensitive information. The FBI would have a field day if they knew, trust me.

What on earth does he think he's going to do for Stern is beyond me. As a previous member of law enforcement, he may know people, but that doesn't mean they are allowed to give him any information. They could lose their jobs if it was found out and this is getting too high-profile for the risk.

CJIS computers these days are all tracked. Any person looked up has a stamp of the agency and operator who did the look up. He doesn't have access to that directly so it would be against the law for him to obtain access to law enforcement records without a bonafide legal investigation from a department of legal jurisdiction. Even then, they couldn't supply him legally with any information. File a complaint and subpoena it like everyone else has to do and let a judge decide if he's privy to the information.

So I don't see what his role is in this situation, other then maybe be a bodyguard type or obtain the same information the people on the internet have already gathered from public records.

I know he's trying to look scary and all, but knowing the people I know in my life and what they do, his credentials pale by comparison. It's actually pretty funny to watch him say absolutely nothing about his role in this, other then accuse nameless people out of the blue and tell them to be afraid. WTH? You gotta be kidding me! HAHAHA!

the past week, i’ve been reviewing the first (original) thread...jumped to thread two and eeek closed so landed here, working on a combined thread count of about 50K posts !! what an adventure lol

anyway, some things I’ve found interesting:

1. claim that Anna didn’t “want” to go to the hospital because of ‘media’ attention:

a. Anna was in hospital in LA for detox 2 weeks Apr? 06? paparazzi didn’t know
b. Anna was in hospital for ‘stomach ache’ and ‘migraine’ on Sept 4?5? paparazzi didn’t know (once in hospital kept for two days until Dannielynn’s birth)
c. Anna removed from hospital Sep 10-(fully sedated) paparazzi didn’t know
d. Anna was in hospital for ‘pain in (her) side’ Oct 31 - diagnosed with pneumonia/collapsed lung paparazzi didn’t know/report until 2 days later

so.....Anna apparently didn’t have an issue with going to a LA hospital for detox, or a Bahamas hospital (private hospital) for a ‘migraine’ or a ‘pain in (her) side’ and no problems taking baby to doctor appointments...therefore, it doesn’t follow, that all of a sudden, Anna would not, want to go to that same private Bahama hospital for a fever! especially when one considers that, at the time of the 105 temp (first one) and the ice bath (first one) occurred at the home in the Bahamas, according to the newest version by Eroshevich; instead she was transported to Florida to be held for four days in a hotel room with no logical or apparent purpose for her presence.

2. Anna ‘cried for’ her mom, before/after birth of daughter, and after Daniel died (mommy dearest video)..Called her mom after Daniel died...call ended with ‘click’ and when mom tried to call back got ‘disconnected’ number - no way for mom to reach Anna - I will bet five cents, Anna didn’t know, that the number had been changed and mom couldn’t get thru - was led to believe mom didn’t even care enough to call back?? just went on tv instead?....Was Anna teleconferencing with Jackie/Mom and got discovered? Was Anna putting two and two together and realizing that Stern was setting her up for the fall at the inquest? ..Anna’s cell phone was in the closet according to Stern and stolen along with papers - why would a cellphone be in the closet? hidden? turned off?

3. P & P gaydads, only known Anna ‘5 years’, Moe, less, 2-3 years, Gibsons 5 months, Bridgette (less than 5 months?) but all claim they are ‘the only family’ Anna had - how does 5 years or less than 6 months even qualify as even being closely acquainted??? preposterous!!!

4. Mrs Gibson interview - claims that Anna called her ‘momma’; Bridg-eeete interview - claims that Anna called her ‘momma’ - who’s trying to upstage whom? Why would either, having only known Anna for less than 6 months, accept a grown woman calling them ‘momma’? Why would either, not show an ounce of respect for Virgie and just keep it to themselves? but they brag about it? low-class if you asked me

5. Stern - referring to Virgie as ‘that woman - that WOMAN!” - wouldn’t a significant other try to at least be neutral in a conflict between daughter/mom? try to repair relationship especially with baby coming? especially knowing Daniel kept in constant contact with grandma? or does his demeanor indicate he was, instead, promoting animosity? creating animosity? ‘court order to touch child’ ?? Does stern have a problem with women in general? why no ‘girl’ friends for Anna? why only ‘gay’ friends for Anna???? with Anna expressing she wanted to be friends with Britney doesn’t seem only gay friends was Anna’s choice ....

6. Anna arrived Horizons approx Jul 15th, clean except for methadone pills according to Shelleys - how does Stern’s arrival coincide with Aug 2 and Aug 26th injectible fed-x meds? how does Eroshovich’s arrival coincide with drug use escallating? They both claim to have stayed with Anna prior to birth - which was only 6 weeks from Anna’s arrival date, and after birth. Was Anna temporarily successful in getting out of Sterns/Eroshevich’s clutches, only to be double-teamed with Stern, Eroshevich, and assorted gay couples/men and ‘bodyguards’?

7. Clown video - Anna told Shelleys she wanted a playday with Riley - just her and Riley - nobody else - was Stern so upset Anna was shutting him out of her life, that in revenge, he got her toasted so she wouldn’t be able to enjoy the one-on-one playdate? Don’t want (stern) around, then won’t play with the little girl, either? Was Shelleys aware Stern was in the house when they dropped of Riley or was Anna alone at the time? (i don’t think they knew stern was there)

8. Anna (posts in NE column?) to Britney - wanted to be ‘friends’ - was britney being set up as replacement for Anna by Stern? Anna’s preggy pictures had no takers - not a commodity anymore - 40yo is 40yo, even with oct/nov ‘derm procedure’(dr. levy) (suspect new non-invasive deep heat facelift - would explain over-all swollen face in Nov mommy dearest video and huge facial diff between birth photos and mommy dearest interview) - planned to stable her in dubai? while working Britney? now THAT’s a scary thought ! and maybe a close call for britney

9. Was Anna buried on top of Daniel? why? to prevent Daniel from being exumed? with two adjoining plots why not side-by-side? then in future, Stern on top of Anna and Dannielynn on top of Daniel (of course, that would only happen if Dannielynn ended up an old maid with no hubby or children of her own to be buried next to) h

10. Why was Moe acting as ‘bodyguard’ for Stern in the Bahamas last week? i thought he was Anna’s bodyguard? Why was Moe at the hardrock March 30th? trying to get noticed? waiting for the payday? (western union at casino?) How does a working paramedic get so many days off at the drop of a hat? And where did he buy that tacky tacky tacky suit?
