Since most of the prescriptions were in Howards name...is the doctor going to release his file so the judge can see his treatment plan or all these prescriptions and what his issues were? I heard on the news tonight that the choloral hydrate is tasteless and that is why it is called the date rape....so if it was found in Daniels system he could easily
picked up a cup at the hospital and drank Anna’s doseage...????? Just wondering if someone will ask Howard why he needed so many drugs?

OK...I heard this last night too...now...doesn’t that directly contradict Perper’s statement about CH tasting horrible and IIRC he even used the taste as an excuse for something...anybody recall?
OK, maybe this is old news, but YES HE DID!!! HERE IT IS:
“People who want to kill themselves usually take large amounts of drugs, Perper said. The amount of the sleeping drug in Smith’s body was not necessarily lethal by itself. “In this case, there was still a lot of chloral hydrate left in the bottle,” and all the other drugs in her body were at “therapeutic” levels, Perper said.
As for homicide, chloral hydrate has an awful taste. “You cannot disguise it or slip it into a drink,” Perper said, and there were no signs on her body of “forced feeding.”
You know,...I couldn’t figure out how something that tasted so bad could be ‘slipped’ into someone’s drink as a date rape drug? Evidence to me, again, that IMO, Perper is doing nothing but repeating what KE told him. And how the heck does he know how many other bottles of CH there might have been used PRIOR to the bottle left.
I hope to God, that if Daniel accidentally drank ANS’s CH cocktail, that the Bahamian ME found it in his system. If not, Vergie ought to DEMAND that his body be exhumed and tests made if possible.
