Is there not some type of assistance in your state that would provide you some free medical care and a ride to a free medical clinic? What you have going on with her hands may be a sign of something much bigger going on with your health. Surely us freeper could help you out so that you could be seen by a doctor. You find a doctor and I am sure many of us would pitch in to help you pay for a taxi or bus ride if you can find a doctor that would see you for free or on a sliding scale rate.
