... and he’s representing Howie as Howie is the alleged executor, you know, the one who *executes,* of ANS’s estate, such that it is.

Howie will need an atty in probate court when he tries to get his ornery self approved for executorship. “But Your Honor, I have executed several ... people who have wills ... and some who don’t.”

I was doing a Google search trying to find out how many of L. Lin Wood's cases he has won, and found this in his biography:

I wonder in which of these two areas he is going to represent HKS, or is he going to do both? When there has been a settlement of some of Wood's cases, they are closed and you don't know how financially profitable they were for him and his client. It seems to me, HKS and his lawyers are running a bluff, trying to put fear into anyone who has a negative opinion of HSK and dares to say so. It shouldn't be too difficult to prove that HKS is responsible for the situation he now finds himself in, and I question if Ron Rale does not have a conflict of interest in being ANS attorney and he and HKS being executors of her estate. If I were involved in this situation, I would hire my own PI to look into the affairs of HKS, his sister, Ron Rale, KE, and a heap of other people. HKS and Ron Rale do not have a monopoly on good attorneys and PI's, and I hate for people like them to use these intimidating tactics against people exercising their First Amendment Rights. They are asking for someone to step up and 'fight fire with fire'. I hope someone does, and these jerks are indicted and disbarred.

I seriously can’t believe all the POWER being put together by this unnamed person. Good grief! Its almost like the twilight zone. How can Larry or Virgie fight this war machine??
