Timeline stuff - please feel welcome to correct/comment:

I’d like to hear more from the Shelleys also, but for now, here’s what we have:
NYeve, early Jan - according to Shelleys ANS returned home ‘in January’:
F. SHELLY: Ben and Anna became, I guess you would say, better friends than they did boyfriend and girlfriend. They were good friends. She relied on him and valued his opinion of things.

If you look at a picture of ANS from Feb ‘06 SCOTUS to May 1 ‘06 SCOTUS, it appears that she’s had some plastic surgery. also look at Nov 04 AMA awards photos for reference - By ANS’s June 1, 06 “I’m pregnated’ announcement, she looks considerably younger. The Nov ET interview “i hate my mommy’ and ‘daniel nightmares’ show a puffy ANS, without a single facial wrinkle, similar to what one would see after plastic surgery (check out Gene Simmons ‘family jewels’ show where he got plastic surgery and puffed up’). In Nov ‘06, Goen said that ANS had ‘lost 70 lbs’ (69?) with the help of trimspa (in approx 8 wks) (but maybe it was liposuction?) Trimspa water and Trimspa chocolates were discussed as future products for ANS to sponsor. By Dec 06, it appears to me it’s a very young looking ANS playing with DL. sometime prior to April - ANS told LB, upon learning she ws pregnant, “I want my mommy’

April 11th, ‘06 - this is the date Anna HAD to be admitted to Cedars Sinai for her to have an ‘18-day stay’ and be at SCOTUS May 1/2. (consider flight time between LA and Dulles)

April 15th, ‘06 - LB infamous speeding ticket ‘my pregnant wife’s sick’ LB claims to have rescued a ‘barefoot and pregnant’ ANS at the Sportsman’s Hotel, near her home, after she ‘fought’ with HK. However, see April 11th entry.

OK! Magazine - March 5th ‘07 -page 23 - “...During her 18 day stay, doctors prescribed methodone....the friend says.”
(we can be sure, the ‘friend’ was LB, considering he had a contract with OK at the time of the article)

May 01-02, ‘06 -ANS at SCOTUS/with Daniel - the US Supreme Court rules in ANS’ favor. For the first time in her life, ANS is seen waving off photographers. Her son is by her side.

May 03, ‘06 - Anna Nicole Smith reportedly pregnant- UPI

May 03, ‘06 - When initially asked by the news site whether he was the father of Smith’s baby, [LB] offered a sort of non-denial “no comment,” saying, “I’m not going to deny she’s pregnant or that I’m the father.” He later told the site that he was pressured into making the statement by ...Stern. ...Stern denies that he encouraged Birkhead to stay mum... “Anna wants that guy completely out of her life and obviously he is having trouble dealing with it,” Stern told TMZ.

Birkhead quickly issued the site a response... “I was not going to discuss the matter publicly, but since Howard K. Stern is attempting to bash me . . . I have been told that I am expecting a child, I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors.” “I am very excited about the possibility of becoming a father,” Birkhead continued. “Howard needs to get past his own jealousy...”.

May 5th, ‘06 - according to paternity papers filed by LB, this is the day he says ANS was discharged from the ‘detox’

May 5th?? toMay 6/7/8??, ‘06 - LB Testimony - LB came home from the hospital with ANS. LB upset about the medications - would say please don’t take this - she would not follow the labels on the medication - “would take double” the dosage. said he suggested/purchased over the counter meds - would go to get things, come back and she would not be able to talk - LB teary-eyed, describes ‘picking her up’....(this conflicts with ANS being at SCOTUS May 1/2)

May 9th, ‘06 - the Laurie Payne depo document includes an email from Anna, dated May 9, 2006, “I’m sick” , and also stating that she is pregnant and all alone, and she’s not sure who the father is; calls LB an ‘a*h*le; describes him breaking into her home in Jan, having to change locks, get alarm installed.

Payne depo says that Payne helped ANS with medications in May 06 - says ANS had methadone prescriptions in both 5mg and 10mg doses(is not specific abut any other months, what dose ANS was taking, and doesn’t mention ANS returning to Hollywood June ‘06).

May 11th, ‘06 - ANS leaves Hollywood for Myrtle Beach. Ford Shelley and Ben fly to Hollywood to get her. (in a separate interview it’s described how they are given her medication and instructed on how she should take it). Gina Shelley joins them in Myrtle Beach - “And at that time, Howard was not with her. She was the true Anna. We had a wonderful time. She spent a lot of time with our children. And my brother and his wife and their children went and stayed with her when me and Ford had to go out of town one weekend.she was perfectly fine until Howard came.” (Rita Shelley says she was with ANS ‘two and a half to three weeks’)

May 14th ‘06 - LB Testimony -2/17/07 - He bought ANS presents for Mother’s Day (May 14th in 2006) - maternity clothes and spent day with her?

(May ‘06) - LB Testimony - broke up over sunglasses ‘end of May’ LB Testimony: says he had learned through someone else that Stern had taken Anna to South Carolina and to the Bahamas

Jun 01, ‘06 - Anna Nicole Smith admits to being pregnant in a pool-floatie interview for her website.

(early Jun, ‘06) ANS traveled back to Hollywood sometime in June : Dr Levy statement: did some cosmetic work on Anna Nicole in June of 2006, including “fillers and some injections on her face.”

Jun, 1? ‘06 - LB apparently has contact at least with HKS - LB signs another contract in June 2006 stating he was not the father (was this before/after the sunglasses at the hairdresser incident? LB describes as ‘the end of may’?)
