Had Bill O'Reilly's radio program on in the car, and he announced that he would have Rita Cosby on tonight. He said Today had canceled her appearance for fear of lawsuits. E.D. Hill asked if he, O'Reilly, was afraid of being sued and he said, "NO". I have a feeling he will give Cosby a rough time! He said the book was not about Anna Nicole Smith, but had to do with legal matters, and it was excoriating, but, 'we will get to the bottom of it.' I hope Rita is prepared to 'stand her ground'. From what I've read online, it seems a lot of the book is not first-hand information, but from two or three different sources who tell the same story - they have not collaborated with one another. I believe Rita Cosby has enough experience and enough sense to get legal advice before she wrote this book. I hope her sources don't let her down, and that she can withstand any lawsuit Len Wood brings against her. Wouldn't it be poetic justice if he sues her and loses; she would bring suit against him, LB and HKS for defamation of her character and numerous other charges against them? Oh, that would be so sweet to see!!
Thanks - I don’t believe I have ever seen Inside Edition - but I can get Bill O’Reilly. Just wish he would get his Irish up and interview O’Quinn.
Maybe he’ll understand this *is not about the tabloid Anna*
but about truth and justice for two untimely deaths.
I really respect Rita for having the courage to search for the real story behind the tabloid stupidity! She has never been embarrassed by her reporting (like Geraldo) and she did win an Emmy for it. So you are right - she can counter sue those three morons right into a jail cell!!!
