I don't know where I got the impression that it was 9:30. I have little doubt that Larry Birkhead will be declared the father. Why else would he fly there? And he had to know the answer ahead of time, having been the one to pay for the test. What is this about Opri flying there?

I presume the rumor about a deal between Howard Stern and Larry Birkhead is untrue. If true, there will be allegations of collusion and conspiracy.

HKS is a manipulator and as the legal landscape changes he is like a chameleon that tries to figure out his next chess move. When it became clear that he was destined to lose the baby to either LB or VA he decided to throw in with the one he knew he might have some chance of influencing...LB.

Like ANS her mom holds a grudge and she despises HKS and there simply was no hope that he could ever develop any lucrative relationship with that camp.

HKS is hoping that LB will make some sort of “deal” with him to continue to represent the estate for some percentage. It may be in LB’s best interest to work something out for a reduced percentage as HKS knows all of the business dealings, corporations, checking accounts etc... LB could hire an attorney for the estate for a split on the fee to include a percentage for HKS.

Time will tell...
