I just have not been in the mood to hang out on FR.
Actually everything is still going on. My BIL’s South Carolina wake was today and this evening. My sister and her children are flying in tomorrow to STL with her husbands remains. Wednesday she picks out the double plot - Friday is his wake and Saturday he will be buried.
Today I ordered his flowers for his STL wake.
I am still having a tough time dealing with it because he has been part our family for so long. I worry about my sister as well as my niece and nephew most of all. I know it is not really going to hit my sister until after she returns home to South Carolina after the funeral.
One thing for sure is my BIL had good life insurance on himself, so she will be fine financially. But all this has had me thinking real hard about my husbands own coverage. I am going to have him have it increased some.
Life is short and anything can happen at any time. I strongly suggest that everyone stops and reviews their own life insurance policies to make sure they are up to date and will pay out enough in the event you would loose your own spouse.
