Seriously, I am going to collect these Da** things and send them all to that Judge. Might not do a dang thing except make me happy but I am FED UP

I tried to find a biography for this judge to see if he had any connection to Stern or Rale, but couldn't find one. Why in the hell would anyone appoint a known liar and manipulator as executor of the estate of someone he is known to have exploited and used for his own personal livelihood? That judge didn't need testimony that HKS used ANS; he could have seen the disrespect HKS had for her in that clown video he made showing her stoned out of her mind. NO ONE would record something like that about someone they loved!! It makes no sense for this judge to appoint Stern, but it does, IMO, confirm that Birkhead made a deal with Stern. I would like to know what 'the unethical thing Opri was asked to do'.

I bet the judge does have questions about the clause in the Will stating that no future children would be included in the Will. He should have examined that for fraud before appointing HKS executor. ANS was alleged to be stoned or drunk much of the time, and I don't think anything she signed or said during that time should be binding. HKS and LB are probably looking to share any money that can be collected from the Marshall's, and I hope they don't get a cent, but have to pay mega bucks for taking up the courts time. I don't want to see DL hurt, but I don't think ANS was entitled to one dime from the Marshall's. She allegedly ignored and mistreated the elderly Marshall, and she only married him for his money...that has been proven in testimony about her. She got plenty from him while he was living, and there's no evidence she contributed anything to the marriage!
