That will may very well be declared invalid and thrown out of court. At the very least, a handwriting expert needs to examine Anna Nicole’s signature to determine if it was forged. Howie admitted in Seidlin’s court that he signed checks in Anna’s name even though he had no bank authorization to do so. How could a drugged up Anna read it and sign it in her condition, anyway ?
HKS has that “no-contest” clause in there that would disinherit anyone who tries to break the will - but for the life of me, I can’t see who any other beneficiaries of the will would be, anyway, besides the late Daniel!
Aside from that, we have Kimmie who has gone on TV and said that she remembers the day she witnessed ANS signing the will and that ANS wasn’t drunk or drugged up. (I know, I know - I’m just telling you what we would have to look forward to in court.)
I don’t think it’s any coincidence that earlier in July 2001, the Marshall probate had been finalized and all ANS claims had been denied, plus ANS had been ordered by the Houston judge to pay $500,000+ in attorney’s fees and another $1 million to Pierce Marshall.
It was time for a will of her own and a plan to hide money! I also heard that she was “in bed for 6 months” straight before getting the reality show deal in early 2002 - so it sounds like she was in “some kind” of state of diminished capacity during that time period.
