What is a roombox? (Like a diarama?)
I have seen all of the CSI Las Vegas up to the episode where Nick is buried alive. I have heard spoilers that Gil and Sarah got together after that. I need to see if any new seasons are out on DVD to catch up. I think Grisson is so cool. I like the actor (I’ve seen him in other things) and I like the character Grissom.

Yeah, a roombox is a diorama on dollhouse scale of 1 inch equals 1 foot, or 1:12. A very diabolical murderer would make a roombox of the crime scene and either send it to CSI people or have it found somewhere, for clues - sometimes before the crime, sometimes after.

Gil keeps them in glass boxes in his office “now”.

The roombox episodes were this current season. Nick was buried last season or the one before? Seems like a very long time ago. I really should go check the website about the roombox contest.

Oh my - maybe I can find a way to get a picture of one of my roomboxes up here.....I'll have to hvae help to figure out how to do that. Mine are little individual rooms that are in like a shoebox size wood box - mine have glass hinged front "walls" so you can see into the room. And the room is just a 1" to 1 Ft. scale miniature of whatever scene you want to show - usually a room in a house or a store or some other type of building. Mine are 4 rooms of the colonial period - a ship captain's house. Many miniaturists build/create roomboxes to display some of their treasured miniatures, or to highlight some time in history or some special place.

When I get some time, I'll try to get a picture and post it.
