Howard Stern and Khris Eroshevich are dead-beats. Winning a wrongful death lawsuit against either one only means, in financial terms, they will not be able to claim life insurance proceeds, professional fees for prior work or make claims against Anna’s corporations, all Dannielynn’s rightful assets(Anna’s estate),

Anyone who suffers financial or other(provable) loss as the result of a wrongful death at the hands of a third party may sue. Virgie could only sue as guardian of the minor child whose losses are unquestionable. That would be Dannielynn - she has been robbed of a brother and mother.
