I’ve been searching the internet for the story of Larry leaving with the baby, but so far I only saw the video of Larry leaving with Dannielynn on MSNBC....
He was kissing the baby and holding her close...She’s very pretty....

Oh, that was part of the article I was quoting, but the part I meant was when Virgie tried to put a hold on Larry taking the baby home. Even the judge was confused.

Larry Birkhead & Dannielynn Leave Bahamas At 9:52 AM
NASSAU, Bahamas (May 1, 2007) – It was an emotional, tear-filled ride taxiing down a Bahamian runway this morning as Larry Birkhead, along with daughter Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead, finally left the Bahamas, Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts reports from the plane.
Larry and Dannielynn finally said “goodbye” to the Bahamas... and to Anna Nicole’s resting place.
Wheels officially went up at 9:52 AM EDT, bound for Ft. Lauderdale.
The plane touched down at 10:31 AM EDT, surrounded by news helicopters hovering overhead.

I don’t believe she is asking to share custody, only visitation and perhaps a guardianship role should anything happen to Larry. I think it was clarified earlier on the thread that she wants visitation with DL, a custodial role with the estate, and guardianship of DL should anything happen to LB.
Can anyone else clarify or confirm?

I’d be willing to bet that the ONLY way LB was allowed to leave and take DL out of the Bahamas was with HKS’s permission and supervision. Here’s to hoping that at some point Virgie will confirm.

The MSNBC story doesn't mention HKS. Maybe he helped them get on the plane and then got off? Here's hoping.
Showbiz Tonight said (last night) they have been inundated with email since Friday's hearing running 10 - 1 people angry at Virgie. Even the people on ST who had supported her in the past are saying she has blown her good will with her foot dragging and people are no longer as angry as they were at HKS because he didn't continue to contest issues and, instead, stepped up to help transition the baby over to LB's custody.
In that video when she looked to the side you could really see her mother in her. She is going to be a real beauty.
According to other forums/fora, they have deplaned in Louisville, KY - about 5 mins ago.
The suspicious side of me (and I like Larry so no dise intended) is that KY may not have the grandparent rights laws that California has... plus property is less expensive and his family and all Dannielynn's cousins live there.
