It was presented on our local news last night as something required to “clear the case” and declare it cold, at least in The Netherlands.
I took that “clearing” to mean that they could put in the files everything about Joran and/or the VDS’s they could, including that the property had been thoroughly searched. It relates to that descending spiral of the amount of evidence that runs the investigations in Aruba.
I *hope* it means something, but don’t really think it does.

I feel sorry for FReepers who are trying to maintain contact with those who chose to leave FR. I expect they will have to sign on to WA in order to do so. That is sad.
I guess you could be talking about me. What is sad, is that this garbage has been brought to this thread. I’ve confined myself to this thread and a few other non-political ones to avoid what’s going on. So, I can sit here and read vile things being said about myself and others, or disrupt the thread to defend what shouldn’t have to be defended. ie...what sites I choose to join.
This thread has been a hoot! Posters I never “met” before have become some of my favorites! It’s been a lot of fun and very informative. Some of you have great investigative skills that I can only dream about!

Larry Birkhead Obtains Dannielynn’s Passport; Will Leave For U.S. Tomorrow
NASSAU, Bahamas (April 30, 2007) — Access Hollywood has learned exclusively that Larry Birkhead has finally obtained Dannielynn’s passport and will leave the Bahamas for the U.S. tomorrow.

Now that LARRY BIRKHEAD has completed the process of having his daughter DANNIELYNN’s birth certificate changed to show that he is legally and biologically her father, will he be taking the baby girl to the United States today?
“The Insider” has learned that Larry will be leaving the Bahamas on Tuesday. Just this morning Larry showed “The Insider” little Dannielynn’s passport and revealed he is making final preparations to take his daughter home to Louisville, KY.
“I’m just getting ready to be a dad,” he said, “officially on my own soil.”
Last Friday, the appeal ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR, had filed to prevent Anna’s baby from being removed from the jurisdiction of the Bahamas was denied.
The judge said he was “a little perplexed” as to “why this order is in front of us.” The judge added that he felt the order was weak before denying the appeal. Virgie was then ordered to pay court costs of $3,000, which included Larry’s fees.
This was an “expensive day for her,” Larry told “The Insider.” “I feel like I just got a divorce from her, and I didn’t even know we had a baby together.”
Virgie was seeking to keep the little girl in the Bahamas until the next custody hearing in June, but the courts will allow Dannielynn to travel with her father.
Last Wednesday, Larry, Anna’s partner, HOWARD K. STERN, and Virgie were in the courtroom as Larry presented Dannielynn’s travel plans.
We caught up with Larry as he was leaving the courtroom that afternoon, and he told us that it was a happy day in court. He reported that Dannielynn smiles at him, he feeds her all the time, and she is now starting to recognize him.
Howard also talked to us outside the court, telling us that Larry and Dannielynn are bonding and doing well and that Larry is doing a great job.

The girl’s name was previously Dannielynn Hope Smith.
Virgie Arthur, the mother of the late Anna Nicole Smith, wanted to prevent Birkhead from taking his child outside the country before the next custody hearing in June, but her request was denied.

Not helping my opinion of Virgie. Even the judge is confused.
You know, I saw last night where HKS made two million from selling pics of DL. How in the heck does he do that? Who gave him the authority to do that and unless the two million is going into DL’s account, he is illegally selling pics. IMO!

At the time, he was ‘legally’ her father, so he had every right to. If you ask me, he knew it was a matter of time before Birkhead came to get his daughter and it was all a part of his plan to be on the birth certificate and once ANS was ‘taken care of’, he could profit off of Dannielynn (once he saw how valuable the pics of Daniel were) without anyone to say anything as he was her ‘father.
Psychotherapists are frequently given diaries. Also, they are often given diaries to KEEP by patients who are very attached and who trust the psychotherapist more than their own dysfunctional family or friends. Additionally, I think your thought is consistent with the fact that the diaries surfaced in Los Angeles AND according to the first description of their origin on the original ebay, were given to the dealer for appraisal by either a “friend” or “former neighbor” of ANS’s who had been given the diaries (as opposed to stolen).
If this is true (and it could very well be) then KE is open to a lawsuit and her medical license taken away (again!)

Boy that KE is whatever she needs to be! Such the chameleon she is! Sometimes she’s a ‘friend’, sometimes she’s a doctor, sometimes she’s just a former neighbor (who happened to live fulltime with ANS and prescribe a God awful amount of dangerous medication). WHY IS NOONE LOOKING AT THIS WITCH!!!??? I fear for my safety in this justice system. FOR REAL.

The Insider - (Pat O’Brien) - 10:28 AM EDT, Larry left the US Embassy with Dannielynn’s passport. “Sources say” Larry will be leaving tomorrow and going to KY to visit his family, then on to L.A.
(No mention of Goat - of course, this is ET’s show - if it were a “good thing,” it would be HKS making the headline for leaving, of course). Larry snapped Dannielynn’s passport photo himself.
Later in the show now, more on Willa Ford making the Anna movie - now they’re saying it’s a “big-screen” flick, which is not what I thought - it seems like a TV movie-type production to me.
Today it was a little about her fat suit for the Anna part and then more of the sensationalistic death-porn replay, over and over, of Daniel’s death scene re-enactment. I’m sorry I watch it each time, but I guess I’m a glutton for punishment.
Actually, I want to see which “details” they change to suit *somebody.* So far, of course, they have Daniel sitting up in the chair, when that is not correct, as far as we have heard - but will find out for sure at the inquest, if HKS ever allows the Bahamian courts to conduct it!
More coming up on the fat suit, lol. (Remember when Willa at first was saying she would be eating a lot of cheeseburgers to play ANS?)
First, back to death scene. Jack Nasser, Exec Prod - *it seemed so real.* Next, a re-creation of an ANS Show segment on ANS stumbling drunk and slurring, knocking into trash cans somewhere, looking for a bathroom. This was supposed to be something about a premonition of Daniel’s death, but I can’t figure out what.
Scene in court: “I won $88 million” - ANS saying to HKS. HKS reminds her it’s not hers yet.
Tomorrow: ANS, too fat for Playboy? Back to the start. The day she was found unconscious in her Jacuzzi.
