The only picture/video I’ve seen that HKS had a role in that didn’t exploit a weakness/vulnerability of the subject(s) is the hospital picture of Daniel with ANS and Dannielynn.
Do we have a list, or any possible indication of precisely WHO attended Danny's funeral?
I recall having heard the story so many times,that ANS was so bereaved that she got into the coffin with Danny before he was buried. Anyone who witnessed that, also knew that she had accused HKS at the same event, if what the nannies say is true.
I know that Moe told the coffin story, but Moe didn't testify in Seidlin's court. Who did testify in Seidlin's court to this event?
As far as I can see, the will excludes everyone from claiming under it. It was exclusive to Danny.
If there is an earlier will, it will be looked at for content and/or they may simply look at her as dying without a will and distribute the estate accordingly. Under the circumstances, they may appoint (forgot the term). I do not think they will let Howard be the executor....because basically, IMHO, he was appointed the executor to distribute her estate exclusively to DANNY and no one else.
IIRC There's a wierd clause in the will that anyone who protests the will automatically gets "0". Don't see how that can be and if I were the Probate Judge, I'd chastise the attorney who wrote it, the attorney who handed her the pen (Howard) and I'd also question her frame of mind.
I'd still like to see the date of the transmission of that will because it seems that Rale talked to Anna IN FLORIDA, MORE THAN ONCE, before she died and said "she sounded fine". (It sounds like he talked to her on Tuesday and Wednesday.)
We need ALL the phone records because Attorneys don't just casually call their clients.

IIRC the will was entered as evidence in the Seidlin court and also a copy of it with the fax date of Feb 3, 2007 was on TMZ.
I believe Greta also had a copy on her show.

I believe Ford Shelley has more videos that HKS took while Anna was pregnant and afterwards. The ‘copies’ Ford referred to were copies of the computer hard drives, IIRC.
The pictures were in the middle of the night for cripes sakes. Wait a few hours, and the pictures wouldn't have happened because he was dead and there would be NO PICTURES for a long while....Well, except for the "wedding"...TWO WEEKS AFTER HE DIED....before he was even buried.
What happened during the next two weeks after Danny died?? KE was back in the Bahamas...and stayed there until the night before Anna died.
Phone records, emails, flight records, plane RESERVATION records, airport videos.
Lots to come and all those things are tied to the INQUEST!!

Additionally as VIPglamour reported to you yesterday, TMZ’s discovery of the fax cover sheet played an important part in the court case yesterday. When asked about it Stern said the fax date must have been an error, Anna’s mother’s lawer implied that it was proof that Stern was out to change the will. Judge Seidlin has yet to resolve this issue.

The fax sheet published by TMZ had the (protested) date of February 3, 2007 AND all but one digit of Ron Rale’s home phone number. I’m very interested in the fax number to which it was faxed (not on the sheet). If it’s a number in the Bahamas, HKS is busted!

Thanks Liz - I believe those were your posts I went back to read. Quite sure that this is the reason Virgie is fighting for that representation... perhaps she has the impression that Larry is not motivated to bring HK$ to justice with the necessary trials (i.e. Opri). After all, Larry was not married to Anna or related to Daniel.
They were Anna’s, Dannielynn’s and Virgie’s losses
She had the miscarriage in Feb 2005 according to Larry’s testimony.
According to ET there were approximately 25 ‘guests’ at Daniel’s funeral. It doesn’t appear that they were allowed to film it. HKS may have deemed it too high risk - evidently, he was right.
How can we determine who attended? I can’t think of anyone who could have been there who isn’t compromised or loyal to HKS.

There must have been a "request" for it previous to the fax and that was likely via email or telephone...Both can be captured.
Remember, an attorney doesn't just send a will and faxing one IS HIGHLY UNUSUAL. They are normally sent via Overnight Express with a return receipt because they are Private and Personal.
The truth of the date will come out....in time and they better have been better evidence than Barth saying the real date was...
