HKS reminds me of the wicked witch in Wizard of Oz...he was in front of a mic(i think when he said he was very disappointed that he was not the daddy...DUH) and twisting his long fingers around...all he needs is a wart on his nose...IMO

A lawsuit for defamation was filed today on behalf of Howard K. Stern against John O’Quinn, the attorney for Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith’s mother. The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages for slander and invasion of privacy.

Does this lawsuit mean that Howie will have to go on the stand and be questioned under OATH?

Has any of the talking heads referred to this? I saw bits and pieces of the shows last night and most of them were just piling it on Virgie. I don’t think TMZ has even jumped on this and I’m surprised. Ohh wait ....I think Jean from Showbiz tonight mentioned it briefly.
